Dee Begley vs. Yessica Ortega set for Combate Global on August 12

Dee Begley (2-1) will step into the Combate Global cage on August 12 to take on Yessica Ortega (1-2) in the flyweight division.

Begley is making a quick turnaround after the 27-year old made her Combate Global debut in June. The SBG Ireland standout took on former TUF contestant Chantel Coates and took home a one-sided unanimous decision win in the process.

Begley will be looking to make it three wins in a row when she faces off Mexican based flyweight Yessica Ortega in Miami, Florida. Ortega picked up a decision win on her Combate debut over Maria Del Rocio Velazquez. The 33-year old was on the wrong end of a decision last March when she took on Melissa Amaya.

Begley and Ortega will go to battle on August 12 the Combate Global event which takes place at the Cisneros Studios in Miami, Florida. Broadcast details for the event have yet to be confirmed.
