Tom Duquesnoy vs Patrick Williams set for UFC Fight Night in Kansas City, Missouri

The UFC France Twitter announced today that Tom Duquesnoy will make his UFC debut against Patrick Williams in a bantamweight bout on 15th April 2017 at UFC Fight Night in Kansas City, Missouri.

“We all expected it: appointment on April 15 for the first fight of @TomFirekid! He will be opposed to Patrick Williams”

Duquesnoy (14-1) is well known to the Irish and UK MMA fans having fought 10 times between the two countries while seemingly establishing himself as the biggest prospect outside of the UFC in the mind’s of most.

Most recently Duquesnoy fought out the last bout of his BAMMA contract as he defeated Alan Philpott with a RNC in the 2nd round after an exciting back and forth stand up battle in the 1st round.

Williams (8-4) defeated Alejandro Perez  in his last outing at UFC 188: Velasquez vs. Werdum back in June 2015.
