This Wednesday night, after six episodes of The Ultimate Fighter season 20, audiences will finally be able to see Aisling Daly fight for the first time on the show. The Dubliner, representing the team coached by Anthony Pettis, takes on another of the most experienced women in the house as she meets team Melendez’ Angela Magana.

31 year-old Magana is a veteran of seventeen fights having plied her trade against some of the top fighters in the world since 2009. The American has eight finishes in her eleven professional wins and has a number of impressive victories over the likes of fellow housemate Jessica Penne, Invicta Champion Barb Honchak and the number one ranked 115 lbs woman in the world WSOF champion Jessica Aguilar.

Despite being five years her junior, Aisling Daly is even more experienced. The SBG fighter has had nineteen professional career fights, winning fourteen. Daly fought most of her career above her natural weight class, taking out current UFC bantamweight stand-out Jessica Eye along the way, before dropping down at Cage Warriors 63 on New Years Eve last to beat Karla Benitez at 115 lbs in her last fight before entering the TUF house.

So far on the show team Pettis has won all five fights over team Melendez with Randa Markos, Felice Herrig, Joanne Calderwood, Carla Esparza and Jessica Penne advancing to the next round. On Wednesday, Ireland’s Aisling Daly will be looking to make it 6-0 for the UFC lightweight champion.

The episode will be broadcast at 4am on BT Sport 1 this upcoming Wednesday night/Thursday morning before being repeated on Thursday night at 10pm on BT Sport 2.
