Dean Lister seminar on Tuesday 26th March in Newtownabbey, Antrim

UFC veteran and jiu-jitsu ace Dean Lister will be holding a seminar at The Valley Leisure Centre, 40 Church Rd, Newtownabbey, County Antrim this Tuesday 26th March from 7pm-9.30pm.

Lister has fought many of the MMA worlds top names including Thales Leites, Yushin Okami, Jeremy Horn, Nate Marquardt, Alessio Sakara and more

He has also won gold at the ADCC tournaments. In 2003 he won the Absolute division, 2005 the Superfight division and in 2011 the under 99kg division
