Well, Here’s the Good News

It’s not all doom and gloom in the MMA world. With talks of fight islands and events taking place during a pandemic it has been a testing time for the sport. But it’s not all bad. Some members of the MMA community have been doing some great things and announcing great personal news. It’s important, especially in these strange times to stay positive. We have decided to help keep that positivism flowing the best that we can.

Here are some good news stories from the world of Mixed Martial Arts.

Team KF are raising funds for Jigsaw who provide free mental health support service for young people in Ireland aged 12-25. Head coaches Chris Fields and Tom King along with other coaches and members will collectively be running 1000km in 1 week.

Nathaniel Wood raising some funds by putting one of his signed gloves up for auction.

Conor Mcgregor once again show’s his generosity by donating 50,000 to a charity cycle. Our own Andy Stevenson has the full story.

The Dublin man did some great work over the past week supplying PPE equipment to hospitals around Ireland.

Here is Dr. Nina Byrne describing how helpfull thoise deliveries were to her ward.
